Onsite in this location the customer had problems with levels as the previous owner of the property was keen on DIY and not very good at it.
We excavated the entire area to a consistent depth of 200mm, added a limestone hardcore sub base, installed adequate drainage systems and finally laid approximately 40 m² of Indian sandstone on a 4 to 1 concrete wet mix.
